→ The gratuities to our staff are not included in the price of the Tour.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The ticket prices shown are merely informative, having been calculated based on the prices published by the entities responsible for the current year, not including any discounts or campaigns in force (e.g. families, groups, etc.). MY TOURS PORTUGAL® cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the advertised prices.

• Child seats are mandatory for children from 0 to 12 years old. MY TOURS PORTUGAL® can provide seats for children from 6 months to 12 years old when requested at the time of booking . Seats for children from 0 to 6 months are the responsibility of the User.
• MY TOURS PORTUGAL® vehicles are prepared for the transport of passengers with reduced mobility using a wheelchair, however the transport is limited to only 1 (one) user and respective retractable wheelchair per vehicle. Automatic or self-propelled wheelchairs that involve the use of a lifting platform are not admissible.
• The duration of stops and visits is recommended by us, with the sole aim of advising on the best time management depending on the duration of the programs and the respective trips.
• MY TOURS PORTUGAL® recommends the use of comfortable clothes and shoes, taking into account the time of year and the weather conditions in which the program takes place.
• The prices shown refer to trips starting and ending in Lisbon.

If the User intends to cancel a confirmed reservation, he must notify MY TOURS PORTUGAL® to the email reservas@mytoursportugal.com.

Cancellations requested by the User, or resulting from a Reservation Change request that it has not been possible to carry out, will eventually be subject to the collection of a Cancellation Fee.
