• Child seats are mandatory for children from 0 to 12 years old. MY TOURS PORTUGAL® can provide seats for children from 6 months to 12 years old if requested at the time of booking. Seats for children from 0 to 6 months are the responsibility of the User.
• MY TOURS PORTUGAL® vehicles are prepared for the transport of passengers with reduced mobility using a wheelchair. However, transport is limited to only 1 (one) user and respective retractable chair per vehicle, automatic or self-propelled chairs that imply the use of a platform lift are not permitted.
• The duration of stops at the various points of interest to be visited is recommended by us, with the sole purpose of advising the best time management according to the number of visits, the duration of the programme planned and the respective journeys.

If the User intends to cancel a confirmed reservation, he must notify MY TOURS PORTUGAL® in writing to the email reservas@mytoursportugal.com.

Cancellations requested by the User, or resulting from a Reservation Change request that it has not been possible to carry out, will eventually be subject to the collection of a Cancellation Fee.
