- Under the Law, child seats are mandatory for children up to 12 years of age. MY TOURS PORTUGAL® provides seats for children aged 6 months to 12 years when requested at the time of booking. As for seats for children up to 6 months of age, they are the responsibility of the User.
- MY TOURS PORTUGAL® vehicles are prepared to transport passengers with reduced mobility using a wheelchair, however transport is limited to only 1 (one) user and respective retractable chair per vehicle. Automatic or self-propelled chairs that involve the use of a lifting platform are not permitted.
- For stops and visits, the duration recommended by MY TOURS PORTUGAL® employees is only intended to advise on better time management regarding the programs and respective trips.
- MY TOURS PORTUGAL® recommends the use of comfortable clothing and footwear, considering the time of year and the weather conditions in which the programs take place.
- The prices shown refer to trips starting and ending in Lisbon.
- If the User wishes to cancel a confirmed reservation, they must communicate this in writing to MY TOURS PORTUGAL® via email bookings@mytoursportugal.com.
- Cancellations requested by the User, or resulting from a request to change a Booking that was not possible to complete, will eventually be subject to a Cancellation Rate. For more information, please see the General Terms and Conditions and the Booking Conditions and Rates.

The Booking Request requires confirmation from MY TOURS PORTUGAL®, which will occur within the first 24 hours.
MY TOURS PORTUGAL® does not guarantee the confirmation of Booking Requests made less than 48 hours apart from the intended date.
After Booking, an email will be sent with the respective payment link, which must be paid within 48 hours through the MY TOURS PORTUGAL® electronic payment platform – “SumUp”. If this period ends without payment having been made, the Booking will be automatically cancelled.
