The VIP Service is a transportation service for people and luggage provided in an exclusive and personalized way with a private driver.
This service is provided in “Single Trip” format, which consists of transport between one or two origin/pick-up locations and a single destination, or “On Demand” format for previously defined periods of time and distance, both being available 24 hours a day from Monday to Sunday, from 8 am to 8 pm and from 8 pm to 8 am.
The VIP Service “Single Trip” is provided in ECO Car and ECO Van vehicle segment in the modes of 1 pick-up/up to 30 kms and 2 pick-ups/up to 30kms.
As for the VIP Service “On Demand” service, it is provided in ECO Car and ECO Van vehicle segment, with four modes of use being previously defined: • 2 hours /up to 50 km; • 4 hours/up to 100 kms; • 8 hours/up to 200 kms; • 12 hours/up to 300 kms. If you need to use periods of time longer than the available plans, up to the limit of 24 hours, it is possible to consecutively combine plans in order to achieve the desired duration (e.g.: 24 hours = 12h + 12h or 16 hours = 12h + 4h, etc.).

Este serviço é prestado nos formatos “Single Trip” (single trip), o qual consiste no transporte entre um ou dois locais de origem/recolha e um destino único, ou “On Demand” (serviço às ordens) por períodos de tempo e distância previamente definidos.
O serviço VIP Service “Single Trip” é prestado única e exclusivamente em viaturas do segmento ECO Car, estando disponíveis os modos de 1 recolha/30 kms e de 2 recolhas/30kms, 24 horas por dia de segunda-feira a domingo, nos horários das 8:00h às 20:00h e das 20:00h às 8:00h.
Quanto ao serviço VIP Service “On Demand”, é prestado nos cinco segmentos de viaturas disponiveis: ECO Car, ECO Van, LUX Car, LUX Van and LUX Limo; 24 horas por dia de segunda-feira a domingo, nos horários das 8:00h às 20:00h e das 20:00h as 8:00h.
Neste serviço, para o segmento ECO Car, estão previamente definidos quatro modos de utilização: 2 horas/50 kms; 4 horas/100 kms; 8 horas/200 kms; 12 horas/300 kms. Relativamente aos segmentos ECO Van, LUX Car, LUX Van e LUX Limo estão disponíveis dois modos de utilização: 8 horas/200 kms; 12 horas/300 kms.
No serviço VIP Service “On Demand”, caso necessite da utilização de períodos de tempo superiores aos planos disponíveis, é possível a conjugação consecutiva de planos por forma a perfazer a duração desejada (ex: 24 horas = 12h + 12h ou 16 horas = 12h + 4h, etc.).

- In the VIP Service, if they begin and/or end outside the Lisbon city limits, the Travel Fee is applied. This fee is calculated based on the distance to be covered in kilometers between Lisbon and the pick-up place, as well as from the drop-off place to Lisbon with a price of € 1,00/km (as a reference for calculating the distance, the starting and ending point in Lisbon is Praça Duque da Terceira – Cais do Sodré);
- In daytime VIP Service, if it is necessary for these to start before 8:00 am or end after 8:00 pm, the Extra Hourly Rate will be applied in the amount of €10.00/hour, with the limit of 4 (four) hours maximum;
- VIP Service “Single Trip”, if it exceeds the defined kilometers limit (30 kms), additional kilometers will be charged at the price of € 1,00/km;
- VIP Service “On demand”, if this exceeds the defined times and/or kilometer limits (2h/up to 50 kms, 4h/up to 100 kms, 8h/up to 150 kms, 12h/up to 300kms), additional time will be charged at the price of € 10,00 for every additional 30 minutes and additional kilometers at the price of € 1,00/km;
- Any additional fee that may be applied during the service, which has not been previously foreseen, will be paid at the end of the service.
